I Ramesh Chandra Chyu Patnayak, My wife Smt.Bijoy Laxmi, father late Chintamani Patnayak, Mother Smt.Rukmuna.
Orissa Barta: - What is staring Carrier ?
I was a Doctor 1972 Batch & did my MD during 1982.I was lecturer of Homeopathic College by that time the College was running privately but subsequently during the Chief Minister ship of late Biju Patnaik Govt.of Orissa undertaken.
Orissa Barta: - Being a Doctor why you have chosen to be a Politician?
Yes its incident some how I got an opportunity to get in touch with late Biju Patnaik the founder father of Biju Janata Dal. Through his inspiration I joined in Politics (BJD).
Orissa Barta: - What is your first Chair in Political filed?
After joining with Politics (BJD) during the year 1984-92 I became the ward Councilor of Berhampur Municipality.
Orissa Barta:- What is Next?
I got ticket for OLA during 1995-2000 and won the MLA seat for Berhampur Constituency
Subsequently the year 2000-2004, 2004-2009 and this year 2009.Total four terms I won the Berhampur MLA seat.
Orissa Barta:- What is your unexpected failure?
For Municipal election during year-1992 I could won the Municipal seat only the vote difference is 3200.
Orissa Barta:- Sir you won 4 tenure to Orissa Assembly but you didn? get any place
In cabinet? What is the reason?
Listen I am always a discipline soldier of the Biju Janata Dal I never after any power every thing depends the decision of High Command. But I was many committee i.e. Chairman of Ethics, Home committee, Submission committee etc?r
Orissa Barta: May I know please about your achievements during the past 15 Years?
Under Municipal area my contribution to Berhampur that I did nearly 300 cemented road to many important streets. During the Summer I have engaged 60 nos Water tanker for drinking Water. Renovation of Bahana Nala and Sapua Nala, Cleaning of Dakhinapur Water reserves by spending of corers of rupees. Biju Patnaik park was my contribution. Orissa Barta:- What you have planned for this year as MLA?
I have already initiated to set up I.I.I.T very shortly work to be start and the estimated cost more than one corers including Central Government funds. Govt.Engineering College at Sitalapalli and Sufficient drinking water facility from Janiballi Ghai from Bhanja Nagar, open cannel project cost 3Cr.But the project was not yet through but Hon?le Chief Minister took interest and the matter was apprised to Chief Minister by Mr.Sidhant Mahapatro, M.P.(L.S). Mr.Mahapatro assured to draw the attention of Chief Minister.
Orissa Barta:- BASS this much only?
NO No My 2nd proposal to construct a second flyover Bridge at Lanjipalli, another 300 street road for cement concrete which was Hon?le Chief Minister agreed with my proposal. Also Haladiapadara Over Bridge.
Orissa Barta: - What about the financial source?
SRC (Special Relief Commission) agreed to release 4Cr.
Orissa Barta: - Any other completed project?
During my period I did the renovation of 1st phase Bahananala widening, Berhampur Municipality to Maha Nagar, STPI.
Orissa Barta: Sir you didn? quote about MKCG College?
Yes for MKCG by spending 80Cr.I did 3rd Hospital, New Pediatric Department,Multi Diagnostic Centre,Multi TROMA,Neurology,Cityscan, Entire campus was well lighted and by spending 2Cr proper drainage system was construted.But complete rest another 100Cr.I have demanded.
Orissa Barta: - Please say to Orissa Barta about your Dream to all Berhampurians?
My Dream to my people is one point how to provide sufficient Drinking water facility Home to Home. I have also undertaken this assignment as challenge. Shortly I mean before summer approach I most complete the Ghatakeswara Water Project in association of NABARD and they have already sanctioned 24Cr and rest amount 5Cr.State Govt shall meet.
Secondly Lathi Tamana road which already completed now Digapahandi to Taptapani road work will start a budget of 80Cr.

I really thankful to all my well wishers those have voted me for the 4 round. I most meet all their demand as well as I shall keep my word what I committed before the election. I am only MLA to Orissa Assembly who elected for the 4 time continuously in State.
